Acceptance of Terms
By joining or participating in any GetLost Adventur rides, events, or services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility
Our rides are open to individuals of all ages, skill levels, and vehicle types (2 or 4 wheels). Participants must meet any stated minimum requirements for vehicle capacity (e.g., 100cc for motorcycles) and comply with mandatory safety gear rules.
Safety & Conduct
• All participants must wear mandatory safety gear (helmet, jacket, gloves, etc.) during rides.
• Intoxication from alcohol or drugs before or during rides / events is strictly prohibited. Participants under the influence will be removed from the ride and may be barred from future participation.
• Respect fellow participants, organisers, local communities, and the environment at all times. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
Ride Participation
• Participants must arrive on time, prepared, and physically fit to ride or travel.
• GetLost Adventur reserves the right to deny participation to anyone deemed unsafe or disruptive.
• Participants must adhere to group riding rules and instructions from ride leaders for safety.

Liability
Participation in GetLost Adventur activities involves inherent risks. By joining, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release GetLost Adventur, its organisers, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, to the extent permitted by Indian law.
Booking and Cancellations
• For personalised or overnight rides, advance booking may be required. Cancellation policies will be communicated as applicable.
• GetLost Adventur reserves the right to modify or cancel rides due to unforeseen circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and materials associated with GetLost Adventur are the property of GetLost Adventur and may not be used without permission.
Changes to Terms
GetLost Adventur may update these Terms of Service at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or on the website.
